Job description

We are looking for a responsible and dependable Service Driver to safely transport employees, particularly from the Operations Department, to and from vessel operations and related work sites. The Service Driver will also provide transportation support for non-operations personnel as needed, ensuring punctuality, professionalism and adherence to safety and company standards.

Qualifications

• At least High School Graduate or equivalent.
• Must possess a valid Professional Driver's License (Restriction 1,2,3).
• Minimum of 3 years driving experience, preferably in logistics, operations, or corporate settings.
• Knowledge of local routes, traffic laws, and basic vehicle maintenance.
• Physically fit and capable of lifting or loading light to moderate cargo.
• Must be punctual, honest, dependable, and service-oriented.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays if required.

Key Responsibilities

1. Safely transport operations personnel to and from vessel sites, terminals, and related locations.
2. Coordinate trip schedules with personnel in a courteous and timely manner.
3. Load, unload, and properly secure materials or equipment to prevent damage during transport.
4. Adhere strictly to traffic laws, road safety standards, and company transport policies.
5. Conduct daily vehicle inspections before and after trips; report any mechanical issues or accidents immediately to the Operations Supervisor.
6. Perform minor vehicle repairs and basic troubleshooting when necessary.
7. Maintain accurate logs of vehicles usage, maintenance, and repair activities.
8. Keep the assigned company vehicle clean and well-maintained at all times.
9. Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a professional attitude with all employees and clients.
10. Assist in other operational or administrative duties as directed to support the Operations Department.
