Job summary

Equiprime Optimum Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Service & After-sales Supervisor (Mindanao Site) to support the Service Manager in day-to-day operations across Mindanao, focusing on heavy equipment service delivery and after-sales support.

You will lead service teams, ensure timely servicing, coordinate with head office, manage service data, and drive parts forecasting while traveling to various Mindanao sites.

Qualifications

• Preferably a graduate of BS Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or relevant Technical Vocational course.
• 5+ years experience in the Heavy Equipment Industry.
• 1-2 years experience as Service Team Leader or Service Supervisor.
• Can drive 4 wheeled vehicles and travel within Mindanao sites.
• Ability to lead and manage service teams within Mindanao Area.

Responsibilities

• Managing the service activities of all equipment within the area and ensuring servicing is completed on schedule.
• Coordinating with Head Office Service Base and Service Teams on day-to-day activities.
• Managing Service Team(s): review job orders, schedule manpower/equipment, ensure prep before dispatch.
• Monitoring Service Personnel/Team status on dispatch and reporting until job is completed.
• Reviewing service reports and following up with customers and departments to close jobs on time.
• Managing the Service Information & Database for operating equipment, including history.
• Forecasting parts/materials requirements and recommending for purchasing or replenishment.
• Leading and assisting Service Personnel/Teams in the area.
• Inspecting project sites and coordinating with customers on service/technical matters.
• Testing, commissioning and servicing Company-supplied equipment.

About the role

The Service & After-sales Supervisor (Mindanao Site) shall assist the Service Manager in executing the day-to-day operation of the Service and After-sales Department.

Key responsibilities

• Managing the service activities of all equipment operating within the area of jurisdiction and ensuring that all forms of servicing (scheduled and emergencies) are executed and completed within the schedule/target response times
• Regularly coordinating with Head Office Service Base and Service Teams under jurisdiction regarding day-to-day service activities
• Managing the activities of the Service Team(s) under jurisdiction, including reviewing service job order requests, service documents, scheduling manpower and equipment assignments, and ensuring completeness of preparations prior dispatch
• Regularly monitoring the Service Personnel/Team(s)' status while on service dispatch and reporting to Superiors until assigned jobs are completed
• Reviewing service reports and executing follow-up actions with Customer, Service Personnel/Team(s), Superior(s) and other Departments, ensuring full and satisfactory completion of all outstanding service jobs within target timelines
• Managing the Service Information and Database of all operating equipment within the area of jurisdiction, including equipment population, operating information, service history, and ensuring accuracy of all information
• Forecasting parts/materials requirements and recommending for purchasing or stocks replenishment
• Leading, supporting, and assisting the Service Personnel/Teams within the area of jurisdiction
• Inspecting project sites and coordinating with customers regarding service/technical matters
• Testing, commissioning and servicing of Company-supplied equipment

About you
