Job summary

Direct Electrix Equipment Corporation is seeking a Service Engineer (with Safety Training) to join our Mindanao-based team. The role involves on-site coordination, testing, and reporting for client projects across the Mindanao region.

The successful candidate will possess an electrical-related degree, safety training (preferred), strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. Willingness to be assigned in Davao and nearby areas is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of college or vocational electrical-related courses or any field related to the position.
• Preferably with Safety training.
• Demonstrates keen attention to details and organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; able to work with others.
• Flexible and willing to work beyond regular hours.

Responsibilities

• Reviews scope of work prior to the implementation of project.
• On-site coordination with end-user and supervisor.
• Submits progress reports of on-site service to the main office.
• Conducts site inspection to determine scope of work and service to be provided.
• Prepares and checks tools and equipment to be used for servicing.
• Submits test reports on machineries.
• Analyses and validates reports on machineries.
• Schedules service-related projects including target completion.
• Coordinates with Production Planner prior to servicing to ensure project implementation.
• Coordinates with on-site supervisor for updates regarding servicing.
• Implements proper work methodology.
• Assists technician during electrical testing.
• Conducts on-site testing of equipment and safety for employees.

• Reviews scope of work prior to the implementation of project
• Conducts on-site coordination with end-user and supervisor
• Submits progress reports of on-site service to the main office
• Conducts site inspection to determine the scope of work and service that will be provided to the client
• Prepares and checks tools and equipment to be used for servicing
• Submits test reports on machineries forwarded by the technician
• Analyses and/or Validates reports on machineries
• Schedules service-related projects including target completion
• Coordinates with Production Planner prior to servicing to ensure implementation of project
• Coordinates to the on-site supervisor for updates regarding servicing
• Implements proper work methodology
• Assists technician during electrical testing
• Conducts on-site testing of equipment and safety for the employees
