Service Advisor Supervisor at BYD Pasong Tamo. You will supervise and lead the Service Advisor team to ensure excellent customer service, overseeing service appointments, customer inquiries, repair estimates, and vehicle service documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the Service Advisor team to ensure excellent customer service
• Oversee service appointments, customer inquiries, repair estimates, and vehicle service documentation
• Coordinate with technicians and the Aftersales team to ensure timely and efficient vehicle repairs
• Handle customer complaints and resolve escalated service concerns professionallyMonitor team performance, customer satisfaction, service productivity, and aftersales targets

• Prepare service performance reports for management
