Job summary

ESCO PTE.LTD. in Makati, Philippines, seeks a Client Renewal Specialist to manage long-term relationships with commercial AV clients. You will focus on renewing AMAs/SLAs, ensuring high service quality, and driving recurring revenue through system upgrades and software updates.

The role requires collaboration with technical service teams, regular client reviews, and strong communication skills to exceed targets and metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
• 1 year of IT/Engineering experience in AV, Security, or Network fields preferred.
• Familiarity with AV technologies (video conferencing, displays, audio, controls) is a strong advantage.
• Strong customer and communication skills are essential.
• Driven to meet and exceed expectations and targets.

Responsibilities

• Renew and expand Annual Maintenance Agreements (AMAs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for existing commercial AV clients.
• Act as the primary escalation point between clients and technical support/engineering teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Conduct regular client reviews to evaluate AV system performance, uptime metrics, and future hardware upgrade needs.
• Drive recurring revenue by identifying opportunities for system refreshes, software updates, and unified communications expansions.
• Manage and track contract renewals, service pipelines, and client health metrics within the CRM system.

Job Summary

Focusing on long-term client retention, service contract renewals, and post-installation account growth. In this role, you will bridge the gap between our clients and technical service teams, ensuring seamless AV system performance while maximizing service revenue.

Key responsibilities:

• Preferably with 1 year working in an IT/Engineering field, in the Audio Visual, Security, and Network industry




• Basic familiarity with AV technologies (e.g., video conferencing systems, commercial displays, professional audio, control systems) is a strong advantage




• Strong customer and communication skills
