Job summary

BOOSTERFOODS, INC. is seeking a Server Team Leader to supervise and guide servers during daily operations at Trinoma Mall, Quezon City.

You will assign sections, monitor staff performance, ensure proper and timely food and beverage service, and maintain high standards of guest service and dining area cleanliness. You will also train and coach new and existing service staff, assist the Dining Supervisor with daily tasks, and support opening and closing duties as needed.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in restaurant or casual dining operations.
• Previous team lead or supervisory experience is a plus.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Customer-service oriented and organized.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work flexible hours, weekends and holidays.
