• Take customer orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen or bar staff.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently while ensuring presentation and quality standards are met.
• Check on guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction and respond promptly to requests.
• Process customer payments accurately through the POS system.
• Prepare tables before service and clear tables after guests leave.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, service stations, and assigned sections.
• Assist in setting up and closing the restaurant according to company procedures.
• Coordinate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
• Handle customer concerns or complaints professionally and eliminate problems when necessary.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and health regulations at all times.
• Assist with inventory monitoring and restocking of service supplies when needed.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Restaurant Supervisor or Manager.
