Job summary

Newport World Resorts seeks a capable SEPCU Officer to provide technical expertise in safety, environmental compliance, and pollution control. You will lead OSHE programs, conduct inspections, and coordinate emergency response efforts to minimize risk for guests and staff.

The role emphasizes regulatory compliance, incident investigations, training, and collaboration with security and other departments to ensure a safe environment.

Qualifications

• College graduate with engineering background preferred.
• At least 3 years in occupational safety, health or environment.
• PRC license in Chemical or Electrical Engineering is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Implement and oversee OHSE programs for employees, guests and contractors.
• Enforce safety and environmental policies and standards.
• Plan OSHE events and celebrations.
• Monitor compliance with permits for work activities and safety protocols.
• Conduct safety inspections and report observations to management.
• Monitor waste disposal in compliance with regulations.
• Document incidents and prepare daily/weekly reports.
• Lead SEPCU teams in emergencies and drills.
