Job summary

Agripacific Corporation is seeking a Pollution Control / Safety Officer to oversee safety, environmental compliance, and pollution control programs at the farm site. The role serves as site focal point for safety, permits, reporting, and regulatory requirements.

Ideal candidates hold an engineering or environmental science degree, 2–3 years of relevant experience, and certifications such as BOSH and PCO; licensed is an advantage. Attractive perks include housing, meals, and health benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate with engineering or environmental science degree; licensing is an advantage.
• 2–3 years in safety, environmental compliance, or pollution control.
• Experience in agricultural/manufacturing settings preferred.
• 40-hour BOSH training and PCO certification are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety, environmental compliance and pollution control programs at the farm site.
• Serve as site focal person for safety, permits, regulatory requirements and reporting.
• Provide guidance, conduct inspections, perform hazard and risk assessments and recommend corrective actions.
• Operational supervisors remain responsible for day-to-day safety and environmental measures.
