Job summary

Pinoy SEO is seeking an experienced SEO Appointment Setter to join our remote team. You will identify qualified prospects, conduct cold outreach, qualify leads and book sales appointments for our SEO services.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in appointment-setting, strong SEO knowledge (local, technical, national), and excellent English communication. Part-time role with potential to move to full-time, aligned with US business hours.

Job description

We’re looking for an experienced SEO Appointment Setter with at least 5 years of appointment-setting experience and strong knowledge of SEO. You’ll be responsible for prospecting potential clients, qualifying leads, and booking sales appointments for our SEO services.

What you’ll do

• Identify and reach out to qualified prospects for SEO services.
• Conduct cold outreach through calls, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Qualify prospects based on their SEO needs and business goals.
• Book qualified sales appointments for our sales team.
• Maintain accurate lead records and follow up consistently.
• Track outreach activities and appointment-setting performance.

What you’ll bring

• At least 5 years of proven appointment-setting experience.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, including Local SEO, Technical SEO, and National SEO.
• Experience in B2B prospecting, lead qualification, and cold outreach.
• Excellent English communication and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work independently and consistently generate qualified appointments.

Work setup

• Employment type: Part-time, with the potential to transition to full-time.
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, aligned with US business hours.
• Compensation: To be discussed during the interview with the CEO.
• Setup: Remote.
