Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide L3 support and administration for IBM z/OS environments.
• Deliver L2 support for DB2, CICS, and MQ.
• Manage and troubleshoot TCP/IP, Telnet, and AT-TLS configurations.
• Support RACF administration and security-related activities (L2).
• Perform periodic maintenance, apply PTFs, and execute ISV product upgrades.
• Investigate and resolve production incidents and service requests.
• Collaborate with application, middleware, network, and security teams.
