E-TEAMS Workforce Private Corp. is seeking an experienced IBM z/OS Systems Administrator to join our team.

You will administer and support IBM Mainframe MQ environments, lead technical initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Responsibilities include design, configuration, and implementation of infrastructure solutions, SME duties for IBM Mainframe MQ, and mentoring team members in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in IBM Systems Administration.
Strong experience with IBM z/OS Systems Administration.
Expert-level proficiency in IBM WebSphere MQ (IBM Mainframe MQ).
Experience leading technical teams or projects.
Strong understanding of application development processes and software architecture.
Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Administer and support IBM z/OS Systems and IBM WebSphere MQ environments.
Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of application and infrastructure solutions.
Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for IBM Mainframe MQ administration.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
Lead technical discussions and support team decision-making.
Troubleshoot and resolve system and application issues.
Ensure timely project delivery while maintaining system stability and performance.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
