Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in IBM Systems Administration.
Strong experience with IBM z/OS Systems Administration.
Expert-level proficiency in IBM WebSphere MQ (IBM Mainframe MQ).
Experience leading technical teams or projects.
Strong understanding of application development processes and software architecture.
Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Administer and support IBM z/OS Systems and IBM WebSphere MQ environments.
Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of application and infrastructure solutions.
Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for IBM Mainframe MQ administration.
