Job summary

Alter Domus in the Philippines is seeking a skilled accounting/data migration analyst to assist onboarding and migrations into the eFront system, reporting to the Platform Delivery Team lead. The role involves analyzing client data, preparing imports, attending planning and post-migration meetings, and ensuring adoption by client-facing teams.

Fluent English, a degree in accounting or economics, and 3–4 years of related experience are required, with familiarity in accounting systems and eFront

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Accounting or Economics
• 3-4 years of experience in accounting analysis, financial reports delivery or related
• Experience with accounting systems in a similar role (posting accounting data, gathering user requirements, enhancement requests, working on systems implementations, training) will be an advantage
• First experience in eFront FrontInvest (FIA) solution would be a plus
• Fluent in English

Responsibilities

• Play a key role in onboarding from systems to Alter Domus applications landscape
• Attend planning and set up meetings to understand client requirements
• Analyse client’s historical accounting data
• Prepare, execute & reconcile accounting data imports based on outputs from previous systems
• Attend post migration meetings
• Ensure client facing teams' adoption of the new setup
• Act as a first level of support when needed
• Ensure benefits of data migrations are realized as part of the project
• Work closely with Platform Delivery Team lead and raise issues or concerns
