Job summary

Elastic seeks a Senior Product Manager to own a core area of the XDR roadmap, driving detection, correlation, and incident response capabilities across endpoint, cloud, identity and network. You will collaborate with Engineering and Elastic Security Labs to translate threat research into concrete features and ensure deployment across cloud, on-premises, and air-gapped environments.

You will lead customer conversations with senior security stakeholders, shaping the roadmap and prioritizing work

Qualifications

• 5+ years in security-related technical product management
• Experience owning product areas from requirements to shipped outcomes
• Hands-on knowledge of XDR/EDR/SIEM or incident response
• Comfort with integrating heterogeneous third-party data sources
• Understanding of analytics behind detection and prioritization
• Technical credibility with engineering teams
• Strong communication for technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience in remote-first, cross-functional environments
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in engineering, CS, or information security

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end core area of the XDR roadmap, including detection, correlation, incident building and response
• Expand telemetry and integrations with first- and third-party data sources
• Contribute to exposure and vulnerability management prioritization and remediation workflows
• Translate customer input and threat research into concrete product requirements
• Represent product in customer conversations with senior security stakeholders
• Ensure capabilities work across cloud, on-premises and air-gapped environments
• Maintain awareness of competitive landscape and GTM strategies
• Create roadmaps trackers and decision memos for stakeholders
