Elastic, the Search AI Company, seeks a Principal Product Manager to define the vision, strategy, and execution for Identity Threat Detection and Response (ITDR) within Elastic Security. You will shape how non-human identities, AI agents, and identity services are modeled, secured, and scaled across on-prem and cloud environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management or solution delivery for security products (SIEM/XDR/EDR).
• Deep knowledge of identity security, ITDR, and UEBA.
• Experience with non-human identities and AI agents; strong leadership in matrix orgs.

Responsibilities

• Define vision, strategy, and roadmap for ITDR in Elastic Security.
• Model identities (service accounts, workloads, secrets, AI agents) and their lifecycles.
• Collaborate with threat research, detection engineering, and enterprise customers.
• Lead response and containment strategies with automated actions and human oversight.
