Job summary

Create Synergies Inc. is seeking a Senior Workplace Safety & Security Executive to oversee safety, health and security across the organization. The role is based in Taguig with hybrid/onsite work setup and a Monday to Friday morning shift.

The ideal candidate holds a DOLE-accredited Safety Practitioner / SO3, has 5–6+ years of relevant experience, and is familiar with Philippine safety regulations. Strong leadership and stakeholder-management skills are essential for coordinating safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Safety, Facilities Management, or a related field.
• 5–6+ years of relevant experience.
• DOLE-accredited Safety Practitioner / SO3 or equivalent is required.
• Strong experience in Occupational Health & Safety.
• Experience in safety inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
• Knowledge of Philippine safety and regulatory requirements.
• Experience in security and facilities management is an advantage.
• Multinational company experience is highly preferred.
