Job summary

Our Clients is seeking a Senior Workplace Safety & Security Executive to oversee workplace safety, occupational health and safety, security, and risk management across the organization in the Philippines.

The role requires DOLE-accredited Safety Practitioner / SO3 or equivalent, 5–6+ years of relevant experience, and a strong knowledge of Philippine safety regulations. Hybrid work setup with Monday–Friday shifts applies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Safety, Facilities Management, or a related field.
• 5–6+ years of relevant experience in safety and security.
• DOLE-accredited Safety Practitioner / SO3 or equivalent is required.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine safety regulations and OSH best practices.
• Experience in safety inspections, incident investigations, and risk assessments.

Responsibilities

• Lead OSH programs and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage Safety Committee activities and training.
• Coordinate DOLE-mandated safety training and OSH programs.
• Conduct safety inspections, risk assessments and investigations.
• Lead security risk assessments for offices and facilities.
• Coordinate investigations of major safety incidents.
• Implement safety, security and emergency response measures.
• Engage management, employees, contractors and government agencies.
• Ensure facilities meet safety, fire, and building standards.

• Lead Occupational Health & Safety programs and compliance.
• Manage Occupational Health & Safety Committee activities.
• Coordinate DOLE-mandated safety training and OSH programs.
• Conduct safety inspections, risk assessments, and accident investigations.
• Lead security threat and risk assessments for offices and facilities.
• Coordinate investigations of major safety and security incidents.
• Implement workplace safety, security, and emergency response measures.
• Work with management, employees, contractors, landlords, and government agencies.
• Ensure facilities comply with applicable safety, fire, building, electrical, and engineering standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Safety, Facilities Management, or a related field.
• 5–6+ years of relevant experience.
• DOLE-accredited Safety Practitioner / SO3 or equivalent is required.
• Strong experience in Occupational Health & Safety.
• Experience in safety inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
• Knowledge of Philippine safety and regulatory requirements.
• Experience in security and facilities management is an advantage.
• Multinational company experience is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder-management skills
