Job summary

Create Synergies Inc. is seeking a Senior Workplace Safety & Security Executive in Taguig to oversee safety, health, security, and risk management across the organization.

The role combines leadership of safety programs with enforcement of regulatory standards and collaboration with management, contractors, and government agencies. The ideal candidate holds a DOLE-accredited Safety Practitioner / SO3 credential and has 5–6+ years of relevant experience, with strong knowledge of Philippine safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Safety, Facilities Management, or related field.
• 5–6+ years of relevant experience.
• DOLE-accredited Safety Practitioner / SO3 or equivalent required.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine safety regulations.
• Experience in safety inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations.

Responsibilities

• Lead Occupational Health & Safety programs and compliance.
• Manage Occupational Health & Safety Committee activities.
• Coordinate DOLE-mandated safety training and OSH programs.
• Conduct safety inspections, risk assessments, and accident investigations.
• Lead security threat and risk assessments for offices and facilities.
• Coordinate investigations of major safety and security incidents.
• Implement workplace safety, security, and emergency response measures.
• Work with management, employees, contractors, landlords, and government agencies.
• Ensure facilities comply with applicable safety, fire, building, electrical, and engineering standards.
