Job summary

PM Consulting is seeking a Senior Workplace Safety & Security Executive to oversee workplace safety, occupational health, security, and risk management across the organization. The role requires leadership across safety programs, committee activities, and regulatory compliance.

Based in Taguig with hybrid/onsite work, you will coordinate safety training, conduct inspections and investigations, and collaborate with stakeholders including government agencies, landlords, and contractors to ensure

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Safety, Facilities Management, or related field.
• 5–6+ years of relevant experience.
• DOLE-accredited Safety Practitioner / SO3 or equivalent.
• Strong experience in Occupational Health & Safety.
• Experience in safety inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
• Knowledge of Philippine safety and regulatory requirements.
• Experience in security and facilities management is an advantage.
• Multinational company experience is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder-management skills
