Job summary

HRTx Inc. is seeking a Senior Workplace Safety & Security Executive to oversee safety, health, security, and risk controls across the organization in a hybrid/onsite setup in Taguig.

You will lead safety programs, safety committee activities, and safety training coordination with DOLE requirements. The role requires a DOLE-accredited Safety Practitioner/SO3 or equivalent, plus 5–6+ years of relevant experience and strong leadership with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Safety, Facilities Management, or related field.
• 5-6+ years of relevant experience.
• DOLE-accredited Safety Practitioner / SO3 or equivalent is required.
• Knowledge of Philippine safety and regulatory requirements.
• Multinational company experience is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Occupational Health & Safety programs and compliance.
• Manage Occupational Health & Safety Committee activities.
• Coordinate DOLE-mandated safety training and OSH programs.
• Conduct safety inspections, risk assessments, and accident investigations.
• Ensure compliance with RA 11058 and DOLE D.O. 198-18.
• Lead security threat and risk assessments for offices and facilities.
• Coordinate investigations of major safety and security incidents.
• Implement workplace safety, security, and emergency response measures.
• Work with management, employees, contractors, landlords, and government agencies.
• Ensure facilities comply with applicable safety, fire, building, electrical, and engineering standards.
