Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate in business or data science; strong data handling and reporting mindset.
• 3 years in workforce analytics and creating comprehensive reports.
• 2+ years in managing and partnering with clients.
• Experience or knowledge in work process improvement, organizational design, and people analytics.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze workforce data against organization needs and market trends.
• Partner with client units, addressing needs and delivering proactive HR/OD solutions.
• Support group management with policy updates, budgeting, and project coordination.
• Document meetings, manage timelines, and assist in project delivery and sustainability efforts.
• Assist in workforce conversations with unit heads and stakeholders.
