• 2+ years in MIS/WFM with scheduling/forecasting basics.
• Experience extracting data from CMS and reporting platforms.
• Ability to automate manual tasks and reports to reduce cycle time.
• Advanced proficiency in G Suite, Excel and MS Office.
• Knowledge of VBA, SQL, macros and data visualization.
• Experience creating dashboards with meaningful visuals.
• Strong attendance record and willing to work onsite and graveyard shifts.
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities
