Job summary

Asia Select is seeking a Workforce Management Analyst in the Philippines to monitor real-time workforce activities, ensure staffing coverage, and support intraday operations. You will track attendance, adherence, and variances, providing accurate data and insights to drive staffing decisions.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 3–4 years in workforce management or related fields, preferably in a high-volume BPO or operations environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in Workforce Management or similar.
• Experience in BPO or high-volume operational environments.
• Strong knowledge of attendance, adherence, shrinkage, and coverage management.
• Experience with real-time workforce monitoring and intraday support.
• Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets and reporting tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor real-time attendance, adherence, break compliance, and coverage throughout the day.
• Track attendance exceptions and deviations; validate data accuracy.
• Identify staffing gaps and escalate risks before performance impact.
• Provide real-time staffing visibility and workforce snapshots to leadership.
• Support intraday adjustments by monitoring absences and demand fluctuations.
• Coordinate staffing movements and schedule changes with leaders.
• Communicate workforce exceptions and updates through escalation channels.
• Maintain attendance trackers, logs, and real-time monitoring reports.
• Prepare end-of-shift reports and workforce actuals for analysis.
• Ensure data integrity and proper documentation.
