Job summary

Ubiquity in Manila is seeking a Senior Workforce Analyst (Forecaster & Capacity Planner) to manage global seat allocation for agents, consolidate data across programs, and analyze information for accuracy.

The role collaborates with WFM Delivery, Operations and other support groups to drive centralized reporting and seat capacity. It also supports the WFM Planner on sizing new programs, with a focus on timely insights and effective visualization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of MIS/WFM experience with scheduling, forecasting and capacity planning.
• Experience extracting data from CMS and reporting platforms.
• Experience automating manual tasks/reports to reduce cycle time and defects.
• Advanced skills in Excel, G Suite Apps and MS Office.
• Knowledge of VBA, SQL, macros and data visualization tools.
• Experience developing dashboards with clear visualizations.
• Excellent attendance record.
• Able to work onsite and graveyard shifts.
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
