Job summary

Ubiquity is seeking a Senior Workforce Analyst (Forecaster & Capacity Planner) to manage seat allocation, consolidate data, and deliver accurate reports. You will work with WFM Delivery, Operations and other Support groups on centralized reporting and capacity optimization across programs.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in MIS/WFM, strong Excel/VBA/SQL skills, and experience building dashboards. Onsite graveyard shift work is required, with a focus on accuracy and proactive problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of MIS/WFM experience with scheduling, forecasting and capacity planning.
• Experience extracting data from CMS and reporting platforms.
• Experience automating manual tasks/reports to reduce cycle time and defects.
• Advanced skills in G Suite Apps, Excel and MS Office.
• Knowledge of VBA, SQL, macros, linked data and pivot charts.
• Experience developing dashboards with visualization.
• Must maintain good attendance and be amenable to onsite graveyard shifts.

• Works with WFM Delivery, Operations and other Support groups on tasks pertaining to centralized reporting and seat capacity.
• Assist WFM Planner on new program sizing.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in MIS/WFM role with basic understanding of scheduling, forecasting and capacity planning.
• Experience in extracting data from CMS and other reporting platforms.
