Job summary

inDrive is seeking a Senior Finance Systems Engineer in the Philippines to support Workday Adaptive Planning and related finance processes. You will administer planning models, optimize data flows, and partner with FP&A, Finance Systems, and technical teams to ensure accurate budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and scalable integrations across ERP systems.

Experience administering Workday Adaptive Planning.
Experience in implementing or enhancing Workday Adaptive Planning.
Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting knowledge.
Experience with finance system integrations and data flows.
Understanding of accounting principles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

Maintain and optimize Workday Adaptive Planning and related planning models and reporting structures.
Collaborate with FP&A, Finance Systems, and technical teams to support budgeting and forecasting cycles.
Ensure data integrity and reliable integrations between Workday Adaptive Planning, ERP systems and reporting tools.
Identify and implement process improvements across finance reporting and automation initiatives.
Provide user support and provide guidance on system logic, reporting structures and data dependencies.
Document system changes and perform quality assurance testing for updates.
