You will serve as the subject matter expert in Workday Adaptive Planning and OfficeConnect to automate reports and streamline budgeting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of finance experience.
• Hands-on experience with Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Proficiency with Workday Adaptive Planning OfficeConnect for automated reports.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP.
• Experience partnering with internal and external stakeholders.
• Advanced MS Excel and MS Office skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Budget and forecast across departments; consolidate budgets.
• Develop detailed budget models and variance reports using Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Lead data analysis, reporting, and forecasting to support strategic decisions.
• Implement and scale Workday Adaptive Planning and OfficeConnect across the finance function.
• Create automated financial reports and board presentations.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls.
• Collaborate with IT and management on process improvements.
