Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center Manila seeks a Workday Engineer Senior Associate to support Workday HCM implementations and related training and support activities. You will analyze complex situations, manage workstreams, mentor juniors, and apply critical thinking to deliverables that align with project goals.

You will use your Workday HCM knowledge to support client implementations, interpret feedback, and adapt to shifting priorities while maintaining a client-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4 to 8 years of experience required.
• Oral and written proficiency in English required.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support Workday HCM across client workstreams.
• Analyze client requirements and translate them into functional design and configuration.
• Develop and test Workday solutions for recruiting, talent management, and HR analytics.
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate resolution across teams.
• Prepare documentation for configurations, tests, and changes.
• Support data conversion, validation and reporting during implementations.
• Interpret workforce metrics to guide HR process improvements.
• Guide junior team members and review deliverables.
