Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking an AIMS Application Support Senior Analyst to ensure the stability, availability, and security of the AIMS Warehouse Management System used across 50+ distribution centers in the US and Canada. You will provide hands‑on support, monitoring, incident resolution, and participate in upgrades and DR activities.

The role requires 4+ years in application development/support, Windows Server experience, SQL skills, and familiarity with GCP, REST/SOAP APIs, and CI/CD practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• 4+ years of application development or support experience.
• Experience supporting Windows Server environments.
• Experience with SQL queries, troubleshooting and basic performance analysis.
• Familiarity with DTS, SSIS, SSRS, REST APIs, SOAP, JSON and XML.
• Understanding of cloud platforms (GCP) and scripting (PowerShell/Perl).
• Knowledge of CI/CD, DevSecOps, and Jenkins.
• Experience with monitoring tools (Dynatrace, BigPanda) and ITSM tools (ServiceNow).
• Familiarity with SAP, middleware, cybersecurity and third‑party vendors.

Responsibilities

• Provide production support in a 24x7 rotating shift model and monitor application health.
• Triage incidents and service requests using ServiceNow and coordinate with cross‑functional teams.
• Assist with upgrades, patches, maintenance, and disaster recovery activities.
• Troubleshoot application, database, infrastructure, and integration issues.
• Support change, release, and documentation activities.
• Contribute to DR testing, runbooks, and knowledge articles.
