Job summary

Marsh in Mexico City is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to join our hybrid team. The role requires hands-on leadership during high-stakes operational events and transformative cloud initiatives, with in-office presence at least three days a week.

You will design, build, and optimize Windows environments, automate with PowerShell, and integrate IaC into modern CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of Windows Server engineering experience
• Excellent English communication skills across time zones
• Deep Windows mastery across 2016–2025, clustering, AD in large enterprise environments
• Hands-on scripting and coding with PowerShell and Git
• CI/CD and DevOps tooling integration with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins
• Cloud fluency in AWS and Azure
• Proven delivery of complex Windows solutions

Responsibilities

• Lead Major Incident responses for global, cross-functional engineering teams
• Drive large-scale Windows cloud migrations and architecture decisions
• Design, engineer and deploy resilient Windows environments with strong security baselines
• Build automation and IaC pipelines using PowerShell and modern tooling
• Mentor peers, define global technical standards, and drive large-scale projects
