Job summary

Marsh is seeking a Workday Consultant to join our team in Mexico City. This hybrid role requires working in the office at least three days per week.

You will collaborate with delivery leaders and specialists to support clients across the Workday product suite and participate in system management projects. Responsibilities include configuring, testing, documenting configurations, and supporting project delivery while identifying opportunities for process improvements for client accounts.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of professional experience; recent graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative, team-oriented attitude with a client service mindset.
• Advanced level of English is a must.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client configuration requests, and drive issue resolution within your assigned Workday domain.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve Workday support tickets in a timely and high-quality manner.
• Perform configuration changes, business process updates, and testing in Workday tenant environments.
• Document solutions, processes, and client-specific configurations clearly and thoroughly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional AMS team members to support clients.
• Support project delivery tasks such as testing, data validation, and change management activities.
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement or optimization for client accounts.
