Job summary

Woodfields Consultants, Inc. in the Philippines seeks a Senior Water Resources Engineer to lead hydrologic and hydraulic studies, stormwater design, and water quality assessments, based in Quezon City.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in Water Resource Management and Hydrology, with the ability to lead technical studies and design efforts.
• Strong experience in Stormwater and Stormwater Management, including drainage design, flood mitigation, and related modeling tools.
• Knowledge of Water Quality principles and practices, including assessment and mitigation measures for surface and stormwater systems.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field; professional licensure (e.g., Registered Civil Engineer) is highly preferred.
• Proficiency with relevant software (e.g., hydrologic/hydraulic modeling tools, CAD, GIS) and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, coordinate with clients and stakeholders, and guide junior team members.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear technical reports and present findings to diverse audiences.
• Experience in the Philippine regulatory environment and local design standards is an advantage.
