Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as Transport Coordinator or Dispatcher.
• Valid Driver's License (restriction 3 or D) preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented with analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to coordinate with route personnel and manage emergencies.
• Willingness to work onsite.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth day-to-day transport operations.
• Ensure vehicles are well maintained and report issues to the Service Team.
• Supervise and monitor fleet operations by creating timetables, handling route delays, and addressing emergencies.
• Coordinate with Operations Team on substitutes for missing Drivers, survey itineraries, and handle related paperwork.
• Build internal and external customer relationships.
