Job summary

Advancing Eco Agriculture is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead our Aurora, CO facility. You will oversee daily warehouse operations, drive safety, QA/QC, inventory accuracy, and cost-efficient logistics while supporting supply chain goals.

The role requires hands-on leadership, knowledge of WMS and ERP systems, and a proactive approach to process improvement. You will mentor a high-performance team, ensure OSHA compliance, and coordinate with production and shipping to meet

Qualifications

5+ years of progressive warehouse or distribution leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong working knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office (Excel).
Proven track record in safety management, lean principles, and process improvement.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership and oversight for Safety, QA/QC, Inventory Management, Shipping and Receiving operations.
Enforce safety programs, audits, and regulatory compliance (OSHA).
Manage equipment maintenance, uptime, and asset life cycles (forklifts, racking).
Lead inventory controls with cycle counts and discrepancy reduction.
Coordinate material flow with production to support manufacturing.
