The Team Leader – Centralized Warehouse is responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, ensuring efficient materials management, inventory accuracy, safety compliance, and support for production requirements. The role involves leading warehouse personnel, monitoring material availability, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining operational excellence within warehouse activities.
Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree program.
With 2-3 years of relevant experience in Warehouse and Materials Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing Operations.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
Strong communication, analytical, computer, and leadership skills.
Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively with various departments and stakeholders.
Ensure and monitor operators' compliance with established safety procedures, control points, and operational standards.
Lead and supervise daily warehouse activities to achieve efficiency, accuracy, and productivity targets.
Escalate, investigate, and resolve issues related to material ordering, inventory monitoring, and warehouse operations.
Compute material requirements and prepare annual budget forecasts for consumable and non-consumable materials.
Coordinate with PD PIP and other concerned departments in the allocation and management of annual material budgets.
Support production-related activities through timely processing of item transfers, ordering, and monitoring of direct and indirect materials.
Conduct regular stock-taking and inventory verification activities, including those in external warehouse locations.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure material availability to support uninterrupted production operations.
Prepare warehouse reports and maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and warehouse performance.
Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse processes, accuracy, and efficiency.
Lead, coach, and develop warehouse personnel to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies.
