Job summary

Axelum Resources Corp. is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead and optimize warehouse processes, inventory management, and distribution activities across our operations.

The role focuses on inventory accuracy, workplace safety, and timely fulfillment of customer and production requirements in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of warehouse operations experience, strong leadership skills, and proficiency in WMS/ERP systems and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in warehouse operations and inventory management, preferably within a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse systems, inventory control, and material handling processes.
• Experience in leading warehouse teams and managing day-to-day operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems (WMS/ERP).
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on operational efficiency.
• Knowledge of workplace safety, regulatory compliance, and warehouse best practices.

Responsibilities

• Warehouse Operations Management - Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, dispatch, and inventory control to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Inventory Management - Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular stock audits, and ensure proper material handling and storage practices.
• Team Leadership - Lead, train, and develop warehouse personnel to drive productivity, accountability, and operational excellence.
• Process Improvement - Identify operational inefficiencies and implement best practices and process improvements to enhance warehouse productivity and accuracy.
• Safety & Compliance - Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, environmental standards, and warehouse operating procedures.
• Coordination & Planning - Work closely with production, logistics, procurement, and other departments to support operational requirements and timely deliveries.
• Warehouse Systems Management - Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP tools to monitor inventory movements and warehouse performance.
• Performance Monitoring - Track warehouse KPIs, prepare operational reports, and recommend strategies for continuous improvement.
• Cost Control - Monitor warehouse operational costs and implement cost-saving initiatives while maintaining service quality and efficiency.
