Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing or related field.
• 10–15 years of progressive marketing leadership experience.
• Experience with tangible consumer products (FMCG, retail, automotive, electronics, appliances, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic marketing & brand management across all channels.
• Oversee market research, consumer insights, and competitive benchmarking.
• Drive digital marketing, traditional advertising, events, and trade marketing.
• Manage budgets, agencies, and external vendors to ensure ROI.
• Lead and mentor the marketing team and align with cross-functional leaders.
