The role requires extensive multi-state payroll experience, strong compliance knowledge, Excel proficiency, and hands-on Active Directory administration. You will collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT to ensure accurate data and timely payroll delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience processing U.S. payroll.
• Experience with multi-state payroll regulations and tax compliance.
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory user administration.

Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end payroll for U.S.-based employees weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly, or monthly.
• Ensure accuracy of wages, overtime, bonuses, deductions, and garnishments.
• Manage payroll data, audits, and reconciliation.
• Support SOX, internal, and external audits.
• Provide system access and security administration for payroll platforms.
