Recruitify_HR is seeking a Financial Advisor for the UK Financial Collections account, working 100% onsite at Eton Centris, Quezon City. The role operates on UK time with shifting schedules and offers a package up to 50,900 PHP, to be determined by tenure as an agent.

Start date is TBD, headcount is 1. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and 4–5 years in US/UK banking and collections, with leadership in UK collections/recoveries and coaching experience preferred.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4-5 years of relevant US/UK banking and collections experience.
• Leadership experience in UK collections/recoveries.
• Coaching experience with internal colleagues desirable.
• Experience providing support to customers experiencing mortgage arrears.
• Experience with complex financial support, litigation and receivership activities.
• Exposure to UK banking or collections in other verticals is nice to have.
• Not a job hopper.
• Must not be a present or former employee of Wipro.

Responsabilidades

• Handling inbound/outbound calls, managing arrears, conducting forbearance, and ensuring customer treatment follows compliance standards.
