Job summary

We Support Incorporated is seeking a highly skilled UX-focused frontend designer to lead the creation of intuitive, accessible digital products. You will craft wireframes, prototypes and user journeys, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure responsive, cross-browser interfaces.

You will work with design systems, component libraries, and REST APIs to deliver high-quality frontend experiences in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, HCI, CS, Design, or related field.
• 6 years of experience in UI development with strong UX involvement.
• Experience with Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Experience with reusable component libraries or design systems.
• 6 years of experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frontend development.
• 6 years of experience in React, including hooks, component design, state management, and routing.
• 6 years of experience in integrating frontend apps with REST APIs.
• 6 years of experience in TypeScript, testing frameworks, and frontend build tools is preferred.
• 6 years of experience in implementing responsive and cross-browser compatible interfaces.
• Experience in Agile delivery environments.
• Ability to work closely with APIs and integrate frontend with backend services.
• Strong expertise in UX design principles and user-centered design.
• Good understanding of interaction design, usability, and information architecture.
• Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and user journeys.
• Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, layout, and interface behavior.
• Experience designing intuitive and accessible digital products.
• Ability to balance business requirements with user needs.
• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Experience conducting usability testing or interpreting user feedback.
• Exposure to analytics-driven UX improvement.
• Experience with design systems and component-driven development.
• Knowledge of performance optimization for frontend applications.
