Job summary

CXC is seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer in Mandaluyong, Metro Manila. You will lead end-to-end UI/UX design across web and mobile, translating complex requirements into intuitive user journeys and visually compelling interfaces.

You will conduct user research, create wireframes and prototypes, and work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure accessible, responsive experiences that align with branding and design systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Experience designing responsive web/mobile apps for iOS/Android.
• Proficiency in user research, usability testing, and translating insights into design improvements.
• Understanding accessibility, responsive and cross-platform design.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to uncover needs and pain points.
• Translate requirements into flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Design responsive, accessible web and mobile experiences aligned with UX principles.
• Create high-fidelity UI designs consistent with design systems and branding.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and stakeholders throughout the design lifecycle.
• Validate and refine designs based on testing, analytics, and feedback.
• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and documentation.
• Support implementation with close collaboration to ensure design quality.
