Job summary

Propelrr in Metro Manila is seeking a UI/UX Designer to craft user-friendly, visually appealing digital products, spanning UI and UX. You will gather requirements, design interfaces, and build navigation components for web and mobile.

You will develop UI mockups and prototypes, ensure intuitive interactions, and collaborate with product managers and engineers to align flows with business goals. A strong portfolio and proficiency in Figma, Sketch, and related tools are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
At least 1–2 years of working experience.
Familiarity with Agile and Scrum development methodologies.

Responsibilities

Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps
Develop user flows to map out the step-by-step journey users take within a product
Write user stories that define user goals, needs, and pain points
Collaborate with product managers to align user flows with business objectives
Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, and widgets
Build page navigation buttons and search fields
Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look
Develop intuitive, usable, and engaging interactions and visual designs for mobile
Create original graphic designs (e.g., images, sketches, and tables)
