Job summary

NCS Philippines is seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer to drive intuitive product visuals and interactions. You will collaborate with product managers and engineers to shape direction, execute end-to-end design, and mentor junior designers.

Responsibilities include creating wireframes, user flows, and prototypes; conducting user research and usability tests; and ensuring accessibility and usability across platforms. A strong portfolio is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of UI/UX design experience in software development.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
• Executes all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
• Conceptualizes original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design roadblocks.
• Presents and defends designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive-level stakeholders.
• Plans and conducts user research, user testing, and evaluates user feedback.
• Mentors junior team members regarding UI/UX design.
