Job summary

KMC Careers is seeking a UI/UX Manager to lead design across Kyrios web and mobile platforms. You will translate complex workflows into intuitive screens, craft prototypes in Figma, and collaborate with engineers and product teams to ensure consistency.

5–8 years in UX/UI for digital products, strong visual design, and UX thinking required. Hybrid role with monthly in-office days at Alabang/Muntinlupa; WFH-friendly and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8 years hands-on UX/UI design for digital products (web & mobile).
• Experience designing community or edtech products is a plus.
• Strong visual design skills and UX thinking.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UX/UI design for Kyrios ecosystem (web & mobile).
• Create detailed prototypes and interaction flows using Figma.
• Collaborate with engineers and product stakeholders for design consistency.
• Conduct quick usability testing with healthcare professionals.
• Maintain visual hierarchy, accessibility, and responsive design across interfaces.
