Job summary

Alter Domus is hiring a Senior Transformation Lead to drive end-to-end business transformation initiatives. The role reports to the Business Transformation Team lead and requires navigating complex operations with IT collaboration.

You will oversee workshops, document solution designs, and ensure user adoption across projects. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s in Accounting, Economics, or IT, with 8+ years in related fields and strong English proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Economics or IT; Master’s or cert a plus.
• Fluent in English; additional language is a plus.
• 8+ years in alternative investment fund administration, audits or domiciliation; leadership experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with high stakeholder satisfaction.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall project modes; familiar with PM tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end business transformation initiatives aligned with strategic objectives.
• Act as the link between Operations and IT to gather and validate requirements.
• Facilitate workshops to map and optimize business processes; document designs and specs.
• Ensure user adoption; create training materials and deliver training sessions.
• Coach the Business Analysis team and promote continuous improvement.
• Build strong relationships with internal/external stakeholders and clients.
• Support KPI/timeline/capacity planning; escalate issues as needed.
