Job summary

UnionBank is seeking a Senior Project Management Officer – Transformation to oversee governance, execution, and delivery of transformation programs at scale. • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field required.
• 5–15 years of progressive Project/Program Management experience.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee transformation governance, alignment, and delivery across programs.
• Monitor timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and delivery performance.
• Collaborate with delivery leads, demand and portfolio managers, and leadership.
• Support prioritization, resource coordination, issue escalation, and benefits realization.
• Drive continuous improvement of PMO standards, tools, and documentation.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and provide advisory support on governance.
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies affecting delivery.
• Assist in change advisory and service transition where applicable.
• Ensure documentation, approvals, and compliance are maintained.
