Job summary

Alter Domus is seeking a Senior Manager to lead and develop a high-performing team within fund accounting operations. You will act as the central point of contact for accounts, ensuring risks are identified and mitigated and deliverables are coordinated and validated across the team.

You will guide the team in completing tasks, review complex processes, and build strong internal and external relationships while supporting training and development.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and people management skills.
• Advanced Excel and Microsoft Suite proficiency.
• Highly organized with proactive follow-through.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote or hybrid environment.

• Experience reviewing complex processes and client issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the team to deliver high performance.
• Be central point of contact for accounts, assess risks and provide solutions.
• Coordinate and validate all team deliverables.
• Ensure client deliverables are input in workflow and resources allocated.
• Review capital calls and distributions and update systems.
• Escalation point for servicing issues and concerns.
• Drive process improvements and system changes.
