Job summary

A training and development company located in Metro Manila is seeking a Senior Training Manager responsible for leading training initiatives and developing the overall training strategy for new hires. The ideal candidate will manage Training Managers and other staff, ensuring alignment with operational goals and quality standards. They must hold a Bachelor's degree and have over 3 years of experience in training management. This position is onsite with a night shift schedule.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Sr. Training Manager or 1 year as an Associate Director Training.
• SVAR Score C2 (Non nego).

• Lead, mentor, and manage Training Managers, Trainers, and Instructional Designers.
• Design and improve training curricula and methods.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall training strategy for new hires, upskilling, cross-training, and leadership development
• Lead, mentor, and manage Training Managers, Trainers, and Instructional Designers
• Design and continuously improve training curricula, materials, and delivery methods
• Ensure all training programs align with client requirements, KPIs, and operational goals
• Partner with Operations, Quality, HR, and Client Stakeholders to identify training needs and performance gaps
• Monitor training effectiveness through assessments, certifications, and performance metrics
• Implement best practices in adult learning, blended learning, and digital training platforms
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and innovation in training delivery
• Manage training budgets, resources, and vendor partnerships
• Ensure compliance with company policies, data privacy, and regulatory requirements
• Support transition and migration training for new programs or clients
• Lead training governance, reporting, and audit readiness

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree REQUIRED
• 3+ Years of experience as a Sr. Training Manager or
• 1 Year as an Associate Director Training
• SVAR Score C2 (NON NEGO)
