Job summary

MiniMed is hiring a Senior Training & Education Specialist to join the Diabetes Customer Service and Supply Chain team in Manila. You will own training across Diabetes Order Management – International and support the transition to MiniMed platforms.

You will design and deliver system and soft skills training, build onboarding programs, and develop training materials to empower a global workforce and elevate customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• 4+ years in training, L&D, or enablement within order management or customer service.
• Experience designing and delivering training programs.
• Experience with e-learning tools and LMS.
• Experience in a multi-national environment.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver system training programs.
• Create and facilitate soft skills training.
• Own onboarding program for Diabetes Order Management.
• Develop and maintain training materials.
• Assess training needs and gaps.
• Measure training effectiveness via KPIs and feedback loops.
• Partner with Quality, Compliance and Process Governance teams.
• Support management change initiatives.
