Job summary

Citibank (Switzerland) AG seeks a Technology Third Party Management Senior-Level Business Analyst to bridge business and technology, ensuring clear communication and effective delivery across ARAVO platform initiatives.

You will work with global stakeholders to implement strategic TPM programs, contributing to design, data quality, reporting and automation within an agile enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• Strong experience delivering in Agile environments.
• Experience across all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-cultural collaboration.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Ability to analyze complex business drivers and translate them into actionable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Oversight for delivery and enhancement of the enterprise third party management platform (ARAVO).
• Implement business processes across integrated platforms, including data quality improvements and end-to-end system integrations.
• Design and implement controls in line with the Technology methodology.
• Carry out system operations to ensure project objectives are met.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to align on priorities and deliverables.
